Child Safety Standards

Last updated: April 18, 2026

1. Age Restriction

Qulo is a dating application intended exclusively for users aged 18 and older. Users must confirm they are at least 18 years old during registration. Accounts that are found to belong to minors are immediately suspended and permanently deleted.

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Qulo maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content. Any content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: • Images, videos, or text depicting or promoting child sexual abuse • Grooming behaviors or solicitation of minors • Sharing or requesting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) • Any content that sexualizes minors in any way

3. Detection & Reporting

We employ the following measures to detect and respond to CSAE content: • Every profile and every conversation includes block and report controls, so users can report inappropriate content or behavior directly within the app • Reports reach our internal moderation panel, where they are reviewed manually; reports involving a suspected minor are prioritised • Confirmed CSAE content is removed and the account is permanently terminated • Confirmed cases are referred to the competent law enforcement authorities, and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable

4. Enforcement

Violations of this policy result in immediate and permanent account termination. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations related to child exploitation. User data associated with confirmed violations is preserved and provided to authorities as required by law.

5. In-App Safety Features

• Block and report functionality available on every user profile and in chat • Blocking is mutual and immediate: a blocked user is removed from your matches and can no longer see your profile or contact you • Date of birth is collected at registration and accounts declared or reported as belonging to a minor are suspended pending review

6. Contact

To report child safety concerns, please contact us at: info@socrepho.com Reports sent to this address are reviewed as a priority. If a minor is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement authorities first.

7. Standards Compliance

This policy is developed in accordance with the Google Play Families Policy, NCMEC guidelines, and applicable international child protection laws including the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.
