Community Guidelines

Last updated: September 1, 2026

Qulo works because people answer each other's questions honestly. That only happens when the app feels safe. These guidelines explain what we expect from everyone on Qulo, what is not allowed, and what happens when someone crosses the line. They apply everywhere in the app: your profile, your photos, the questions you write, the answers you give and every message you send. Breaking them can cost you your account.

1. Be Respectful

Everyone on Qulo is a real person. • Treat others the way you would in person. Disagreement is fine; contempt is not. • No harassment, bullying, threats or intimidation — including repeated unwanted messages after someone stops replying. • No hate speech or slurs targeting race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity or sexual orientation. • No unsolicited sexual messages. Someone matching with you is not consent to sexual content. • If someone unmatches or blocks you, that is their answer. Do not create a new account to reach them.

2. Be Yourself

• You must be 18 or older to use Qulo. Accounts belonging to minors are removed. • Use recent photos of yourself. No photos of other people, celebrities, stock images, or images altered so heavily that they misrepresent how you look. • One account per person. Do not impersonate anyone, and do not use someone else's account. • Do not misrepresent your age, name or intentions. • No accounts run on behalf of a business, brand or service.

3. Content That Is Not Allowed

The following is removed and can end your account immediately: • Nudity or sexually explicit content in profile photos, questions, answers or chat. • Any content that sexualises, endangers or exploits minors. We have zero tolerance here — see our Child Safety Standards. • Violence, threats of violence, encouragement of self-harm, or content glorifying either. • Promotion of illegal activity, weapons or drugs. • Prostitution, escort services, trafficking, or any exchange of sexual services. • Spam, advertising, affiliate links, or recruiting for other platforms and services. • Requests for money, investment offers, cryptocurrency pitches, or links to payment pages.

4. Your Questions and Answers

Questions are the heart of Qulo, so they are held to the same standard as everything else. • Do not use questions to collect personal data — phone numbers, home addresses, workplace details or financial information. • Do not use questions or answers to advertise, to move people off the platform, or to spread misinformation. • Keep your questions answerable and honest. Questions written so that nobody can pass, or designed to humiliate whoever answers, are not what this app is for. • Offensive, discriminatory or sexually explicit questions are removed like any other content.

5. Reporting and Blocking

Every profile and every conversation has block and report controls. • Block removes the person from your matches immediately. They can no longer see your profile or contact you, and you will not see them again. • Report sends the profile or conversation to us for review, together with the reason you select. Reports are confidential — the reported person is not told who reported them. • Reports involving a suspected minor, threats, or sexual exploitation are prioritised. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first, then report to us.

6. What Happens If You Break the Rules

Depending on how serious the breach is, we may: • Remove the content — a photo, a question, a message. • Restrict features on your account. • Suspend or permanently terminate your account. Serious breaches — child sexual exploitation, threats of violence, scams, non-consensual intimate images — result in immediate permanent removal without warning. Diamonds and remaining subscription time are forfeited when an account is terminated for a breach, and an active subscription must still be cancelled through the App Store or Google Play. If you believe your account was removed by mistake, write to info@socrepho.com.
