About Qulo
Qulo is a dating app where people meet by answering questions instead of swiping. On the free plan every member writes 2 to 4 multiple-choice questions about themselves, and up to 10 on a paid plan, with four options each and one marked correct.
To reach you, somebody has to answer every one of those questions correctly; a single wrong answer and there is no match. Hints can be bought inside the app when a question is hard to guess. Nothing else is scored — no percentage, no ranking, no compatibility figure.
Qulo runs on iOS and Android. quloapp.com is a marketing site, not a web version of the app. The interface is available in 16 languages, and the library of suggested questions inside the app covers 10 of them.

Founder and developer
Berkant Çalıkuşu is an independent developer based in Istanbul, Turkey. He founded Qulo in 2026 and builds and runs it himself — there is no team behind it. He is also the data controller named in the privacy policy.
